How do I create an account?

  • Visit 17looms.com. Select the three parallel black lines located at the top right corner.
  • Select the ‘SIGN IN / REGISTER’ button, add your email address to ‘Log in’ & enter the 6-digit code sent to your email. (NOTE: This code can only be used once and expires in 15 minutes)

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to your newsletter?

  • To SUBSCRIBE, visit 17looms.com & scroll down. Enter your email address under ‘COMPANY SUBSCRIBE TO NEWSLETTER’. To confirm the subscription, look out for the message - ‘Thanks for subscribing’, under the Email Address box.
  • To UNSUBSCRIBE, open your Newsletter from 17 Looms in your email & select ‘Unsubscribe’.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

To ‘Sign in’ to your 17 Looms account, enter your email address & the code you received. 17 Looms provides easy access to your account, ensuring a ‘No Password’ policy.

When will my order be delivered in international shipping?

For international shipping, the average delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on the country of residence.

Returns, Refund & Orders

How do I place an order?

  • Visit 17looms.com to place an order & browse through our products. Select the product you wish to purchase. 
  • Click on 'ADD TO BAG' and follow the same process for the purchase of multiple products. At the top right corner, select the ‘Bag’ icon & select 'Place Order’. 
  • Add the required details including delivery address, shipping method, and contact details. Select ‘Pay Now’ to complete the payment. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email consisting of order details.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

An order can only be canceled before it is dispatched. If you wish to cancel the order, contact us at support@17looms.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Your cancellation request will be processed within 24 hours.

How to return the product?

We have a 14-day return policy and to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can raise a return request from the My Orders page in the menu or contact us at support@17looms.com For more information, please refer to Refund Policy.

  • All items to be returned must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We’ll schedule a pick up for the products to be returned at the address the product was delivered at.
  • Once we receive the product(s), it will go through a quality check at our warehouse, and we will then initiate the refund in your source account within 10-15 business days.
